Vigil is a singer/songwriter raised in Hawaii and born in the Philippines. He currently lives in Seattle.

Discovered at the age of 12, singer/songwriter Vigil started his musical career by working with some of Hawaii’s best musicians. Having a military family opened doors for Vigil to be exposed to some of the most musically rich cultures in the world. Vigil recorded his first single at the age of 14 and has since been working with Hawaii’s best mentors to hone his vocal and musical abilities.

By winning top vocal competitions in Hawaii (Brown Bags to Stardom, among others) and working with Hawaii’s top musicians, Vigil learned to perform and to be comfortable with his audience. Vigil entered the studio with producer Pierre Grill at age 14 to experience recording professionally.

His melodic style reflects his love for R&B, Pop, Latin music, and all the other music he grew up listening to. He started writing songs and honing his vocal styling at a very early age.

Signed under Dyna Records Philippines, Vigil released his first album in Asia entitled "Vigil”. The first single released from the album, “Iibig Muli,” a Tagalog song, became an overnight hit and climbed to #1 in its first week of release.

Available now in Spotify, Apple Music and Amazon Music, “The One” is Vigil’s recent album released under VRG Entertainment.

Vigil is currently working on finishing a Christmas album due to come out in 2024. His Christmas single “Peace On Earth” was released December of 2022.
